Why Do I Need A REALTOR?

Have you ever asked yourself  "Why do I need a Realtor?"

There are many benefits to have a Realtor represent you whether you are buying or selling.  First if you are the Buyer, why not use one?  It's FREE guidance and protection for your transaction.  A Realtor gets paid a commission from the Seller NOT the Buyer. A Realtor will  guide you through the different steps of buying a home for example; getting the home inspected, what to do if you find issues with home, the appraisal, the title search and the mortgage questions like what loan works best for me?  Do I have to have a down payment?  How much will my payment be?

If you are the Seller, you pay a small commission to have the peace of mind of knowing your transaction will be handled correctly. A good Realtor will  do much more than put a sign in your yard. He or she will list, aggressively market your home through a variety of venues, manage paperwork, manage showings and help you negotiate your sale so that you walk away with the most money in the least amount of time possible to get you to the closing table.

As always I look forward to your calls and offer a FREE consultation, so feel free to contact me anytime with any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to working with you to make your real estate needs a reality.
